Are you a musician, artist, performer, or creative looking to showcase your work, run a workshop, or get involved in community events? We’d love to hear from you.
Other Space Arts (OSA) is a grassroots venue in Windsor with a plant-based café-bar, live events space, and upstairs gallery. We’re here to support emerging and established artists alike, offering a welcoming platform for creativity, experimentation, and collaboration.

We aim to reply within 7–10 days. While we can’t programme every submission immediately, we’ll keep your details on file and may reach out about future opportunities.
We programme a wide range of events and are always open to new ideas. Some of the ways artists get involved include:
Live Performance & Spoken Word
From original music and experimental sound to poetry, storytelling and theatre, we host regular live events – including Music & Words and The Platform, our monthly open mics. We’re especially keen to support artists performing their own original work, whether you're a solo act, band, or spoken word performer with something new to say.
Art Exhibitions
Our upstairs gallery wall is available for month-long exhibitions, with private views held on the first Thursday of each month. It’s a great chance to share your work and connect with the community.
Workshops & Creative Sessions
Have an idea for a class, talk, or creative workshop? We welcome proposals that are accessible, engaging, and community-focused.
Collaborations & Pop-ups
We love working with artists on pop-ups, launches, installations, and experimental projects that don't fit the mould.
Artist Event Information
Once your event is confirmed with the OSA team, please read the guidance on our Artist’s Event Information page and complete the Event Information Form. The details you provide will be used to create your event page on our website and prepare content for our socials.
To give your event the best possible reach, we encourage you to complete the form as soon as possible, so we have plenty of time to promote it!
