We are excited to announce the opening of our vegan café! Our offerings will include morning pastries and coffee, a lunch menu with grab-and-go options, and an informal evening dining experience.
Initially, we plan to open from Thursday to Saturday, with the goal of expanding to Sundays and additional weekdays as we grow.
Given the size of our kitchen, we aim to create a focused and seasonal menu of around 5–6 dishes, with some items changing weekly.
Our café will be more than just about food. We’ll also have a bar and an event space upstairs, where we plan to host gigs, workshops, and exhibitions.
In the evenings, full meals will be served exclusively in the restaurant area, allowing our chefs to craft more bespoke dishes. We also plan to offer a bar menu featuring mainly small, shareable plates.
