About the event
Join Fizz, Happy Heart Flow, for a deeply restorative Sound Bowls & Meditation session, held every 2nd Sunday of the month.
Using the soothing vibrations of sound bowls alongside guided meditation, this session is designed to help release tension, calm the nervous system, and bring the body into a state of deep rest. It’s the perfect way to reset and recharge for the week ahead.
Fizz creates a warm and inclusive space where you can fully unwind, whether you're experienced in meditation or completely new.
