Huh Meditiation

A 1 hour experimental session exploring deep meditation using drone, music, movement and intense repetitive beats.

Open to anyone with an interest in meditation and exploring their consciousness, whether experienced or just starting out. The session will be divided into 'waves', beginning gently to settle into the space, before increasing the intensity and incorporating movement to explore deep, shamanic states.

Daniel David began meditating with a Zen buddhist group in Bristol in the 1990s. Meditation has been part of their everyday life ever since, picking up techniques from a range of sources including buddhism, yoga, vipassana, druidry, Robert Monroe's 'Gateway' and countless dancefloor epiphanies.
