Sundays are for slowing down, breathing deeply, and resetting for the week ahead. Sunday Reset at Other Space Arts is our new weekly programme designed to help you unwind, reconnect and begin your week feeling grounded.
Each Sunday morning, our space transforms into a sanctuary of calm. Downstairs, enjoy relaxed café vibes with soothing music and our plant-based food and drink. Upstairs, we host a rotating programme of sound baths, meditation, mindfulness and immersive listening experiences led by experienced facilitators.
Whether you’re looking to rest your mind, nourish your body, or simply take a quiet moment for yourself, Sunday Reset is your invitation to pause and reset.
