What is Other Space Arts?
Other Space Arts (OSA) is Windsor’s grassroots live arts venue, plant-based café, bar and creative community hub. We host gigs, exhibitions, workshops and events celebrating alternative, experimental and independent culture.
 

Where are you located?
We’re at Kardelton House, Vansittart Estate, Windsor, SL4 1SE. We're just a short walk from Windsor town centre and stations, with parking available on-site at weekends.
 

What are your opening hours?

• Thursday–Friday: 9am-3pm / 5pm-11pm

• Saturday: 10am–11pm

• Sunday: 10am–3pm
  (Events may run later – check listings for details.)

Food & Drink

Is your food really all plant-based?
Yes! Our entire café, bar and restaurant menu is 100% plant-based. Whether you're vegan or just curious, you'll find tasty, creative options.
 

Do you cater for allergies?
We do our best to accommodate allergies – please speak to our team when you order. We have options that can be made gluten-free or nut-free, but please note we use allergens in our kitchen.
 

Can I book a table?
Yes – we’d love to host you for brunch, lunch or an evening meal. You can book a table via our Reservations page. For larger group bookings or specific enquiries, feel free to email us at info@otherspacearts.com or call 01753 905014.
 

Do you take walk-ins?

Absolutely – just pop in for coffee, lunch, drinks or to check out what's on.

Kids & Families

Are you family-friendly?
Yes! Children and families are very welcome in our café and at many of our events. However, please note that we do not currently have a baby changing facility on site.

Dogs

Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are welcome in our downstairs café area. They must be kept on leads at all times and remain on the ground (not on seats).

Do I need tickets?
Some events are free entry, others are ticketed. Check the listing for details and links to book.
 

Can I hire the space for my event?
Yes! We offer flexible hire options for gigs, private parties, meetings, exhibitions and more. Learn more on our Venue Hire page or email us for info.

Accessibility

Is OSA wheelchair accessible?
Our ground floor café and bar are accessible, and most of our daytime events take place downstairs. However, our upstairs venue space is only accessible by stairs, and we do not currently have a fully wheelchair-accessible toilet on site.
 

We understand the importance of accessibility and are currently in conversations with the landlord about improving access at Kardelton House. We're committed to making the space as inclusive and welcoming as possible, and will continue to update our facilities where we can.
 

Do you have accessible toilets?
We have a ground floor toilet that may be suitable for some visitors with limited mobility, but it is not wheelchair-accessible.

Where can I park?

• Free parking on Vansittart Estate (weekends)

• Nearby paid car parks: Alma Road and King Edward VII

• We’re a short walk from Windsor & Eton Central and Windsor & Eton Riverside stations
   

Do you allow bikes?
Yes – you’re welcome to lock bikes up outside.
